The Art of Designing
The Dhillon Group gives the top designs with the most details possible for every client. We bring to life what once was a dream. The team takes what the clients ask for and make it come to life with a little bit of their own touch. Every design is unique to the space being designed. Design can be taught of as an unnecessary task but it is important because riot helps not only bring to life what once was just a brainstorm but also help space become a room with the right amounts of furniture and colours.
At The Dhillon Group, we strive to ensure to create emotional communication through our design which can be felt by our clients when they see our designs. For example, if a client asks for a basement renovation we ask them for what they have in mind and then get to work on designing what we believe would be the end result of the renovation.
The Great Room
Although this room was big it was a lot of joy to be able to help renovate it. Being able to renovate such a great space and having all kinds of ways to design it was a hindrance on its own but it just made the task more interesting for The Dhillon Group. We got to figure out all different ways it could be renovated but in the end, only one design won and that one is down below.
Before
SketchUp Software used by The Dhillon Group
The software we use to design all our client renovations is called SketchUp. SketchUp is a 3D model designing a computer program that allows users to utilize a wide range of drawing applications for activities such as interior design, architecture, and much more. The Dhillon Group enjoys being able to create a design using this application because it is easy to input the real-life measurements on the application and it is easy for the clients to understand as well.
After
The design of this room was chosen through a lot of brainstorming. Seeing it come to life, in reality, was one of the reasons The Dhillon Group does what they do. Our team loves to bring what once was a drawing to reality and being able to show our clients that no little task is too big. For example, you can see that what we had drawn on SketchUp is similar to what the client got in their room.
Washroom
The washroom designed by The Dhillon Group was located on the main floor. The client wanted their laundry room to be created in their washroom with an all-inclusive shower. While they wanted their laundries to be switched to the location of the half bathroom. Using the SketchUp application we were able to once again bring our design to life.
This is the finished result of what the washroom looked like after we were finished renovating it. Of course, the client got to choose all the special little touches like the tile colors, the sink faucet, the vanity, and much more.
